Growing up in an entrepreneurial family where dinner conversations often centred on numbers, Ibrahim developed a passion for finance early on. After graduating in accounting, he sharpened his craft with nonprofit organizations, mastering the finer details of records and compliance. At Evolve he leads the books day to day — keeping clients' numbers clean, accurate and on time, so nothing slips through the cracks. Beyond work, he's dedicated to his community, volunteering at local events and giving back through service.

Maaz graduated in accounting and began his career as an accountant across several industries before joining a public firm as an auditor. Auditing businesses of every size, he saw first-hand how many owners lacked a reliable bookkeeping and accounting partner — and set out to build one. His cross-industry experience lets him not just understand the numbers but make them talk, telling a meaningful story for each owner. Outside work, Maaz loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines — though his friends insist his true calling is professional fried-chicken critic.

Fascinated early on by how things work, Sumaiya realised that every business ultimately runs on data. She pursued a degree in Computer Science and brings years of data experience to Evolve. Here she plays a key role in advisory — transforming raw numbers into insights that drive smarter decisions, from forecasting trends to uncovering inefficiencies that hand owners a real competitive edge. Outside work she loves to travel, with a quirky tradition of visiting a grocery store in every country she explores — convinced they reveal more about local culture than any museum could.
